Construction Landscape, LLC of Vero Beach and Melbourne, FL presents…
A Landscape Design Love Story
VERO BEACH LANDSCAPING PROJECT
If this landscape design love story was to ever really hit the silver screen, we would have a box office hit on our hands! This Vero Beach landscaping project has been a happy ending for our landscape designer, our landscape installation team, our administration and project managers, but most importantly, for our beloved clients…
Several months prior to the actual project breaking ground, our clients took advantage of all the tools that we offer to help our clients visualize their options for their landscape design. They started with a consultation headed by our landscape designer, Jennifer Bevins. Jennifer and our client addressed her needs and wants for the outcome of the Vero Beach landscaping project. Our clients had a wild and looming area of unkept vegetation that seemed to be villain-izing their backyard. The potential of their property was definitely being overshadowed by the overgrowth. Also, the existing landscape had lost its’ pizazz. It had been out of the limelight for so long, it just didn’t remember how to shine! Other areas that were great nominations for some special effects, like the front entranceway, would prove to be great assets to the aesthetic capabilities of this home.
3-d rendering for custom landscape design
After their consultation, a custom landscape design was prepared for our clients. The 3-d renderings that our landscape designer produced for them, turned out to be exactly what they had in mind. Using a visual tool, like 3-d renderings, is like giving our clients the Cliffnotes to a masterpiece- any studious college student knows this is like striking gold!

Brick paver patio construction following leveling and grading
Fast forward a few months, and the Vero Beach landscaping project is a go! The massive production of Florida Grade A growers, irrigation specialists, underground locators, heavy machinery operators, and our landscape design and installation team is unfolding and taking its’ shape. Our team started with leveling and grading the backyard, transplanting some existing landscape, bringing in new landscaping, all to create a functional outdoor living space in the backyard.

When the Vero Beach landscaping project moved to the side and front yard areas, more transplanting occurred and more new tree and plant material was brought in. New sod was laid. Perimeter plantings were set up on both sides of the house. The most defining moment in this landscape story had to be the character that was added to the homes’ curb appeal when large Foxtail Palms were added to the entranceway planting beds. Their role was award-winning!
