Residential Landscaping
Construction Landscape just completed a project, right here in our own backyard of Vero Beach, FL. Our clients approached us with a dilemma. They had started working on their residential landscaping in the rear of the home, which they put in great effort and beauty, but they were ready for a break. And, unfortunately, that left them with no curb appeal whatsoever, and tired. They knew they loved tropical plantings, delicate accents, and bold, rich colors. And lots of it! Construction Landscape was ready to step up to the plate!
First up, we have the custom landscape design. From the before pictures, it is noted that their front yard is lacking any residential landscaping at all. It is bare and colorless and drab. This desolate front yard displays just the opposite characteristics of the homeowner’s. They are organized, systematic, industrious, very easy-going, as well as overflowing with positivity. They make a great team. Our landscape designer had only one obstacle in creating their residential landscaping design… Our clients didn’t have the same design styles. One preferred a lush, Northern garden, while the other enjoyed tropical plants and palm trees. Hmmm… On to the drawing board!
Our landscape designer creates designs that encompass each clients wants and needs. Skillfully, our landscape designer paired the two design styles using many techniques, such as layering and edging, to ensure the two styles meshed well. The pairing had a yin and yang outcome. There are colorful and lush hedges with a blossoming tree accent on one side of the residential landscaping, while there are multiple delicate accents bordered with thinner and cleaner planting beds. Both sides are brought together with the use of river rock with brown tones. The river rock is also low-maintenance, so that is always a plus. Last, but not least, our residential landscaping project is completed after new sod has been laid. It made this entire project a home run!
